Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is simple. Click "Sign Up" on our homepage, provide your email and basic information, and verify your account. You can choose to sign up as a Customer (to post tasks) or as a Worker (to find tasks).
Can I use Taskopus as both a Customer and Worker?
Yes! You can switch between Customer and Worker roles in your account settings. This allows you to both post tasks when you need help and find tasks to work on when you're available.
Posting Tasks
How do I post a task?
After logging in, click "Post a Task" to create a new task listing. Provide a clear description of what you need, set your budget, choose a location, and select a category. Once posted, workers can view and apply for your task.
How do I choose a Worker?
Review applications from workers, check their profiles and reviews, and communicate with them through our messaging system. Once you find a good match, you can accept their application to begin the task.
Working as a Worker
How do I find tasks to work on?
Browse available tasks in your area, filter by category, budget, or location. When you find a task that matches your skills, submit an application with your proposed rate and timeline.
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed securely through our platform. Once a task is completed and approved by the customer, payment is released to your account. You can set up payout methods in your account settings.

How does Taskopus verify Workers?
We verify worker identities and backgrounds to help ensure safety on our platform. All workers go through identity verification, and we maintain safety standards to protect everyone.
What if something goes wrong with a task?
